Are you one of those people who tells themselves regularly that they are not good enough? I used to be one. If you are, what are your reasons for thinking so?
Sometimes we think that we are not creative enough. But when it comes to negative self-talk, we are so unbelievably imaginative.
What would happen if you let yourself drop all the reasons you have made up about not being good enough? What if you tried it just for one day? What if you have tried it just for today? Can you do this little experiment for me?
You can always go back to believing you are not good enough tomorrow. Or you might find that you like the way it feels to like, respect, and approve of yourself. Maybe you will even start loving yourself. 🙂 Wouldn’t it be nice? What do you think?
