Functional Root is the practice of Yelena Tselenchuk, Board Certified Naturopath and Doctor of Holistic Health. This policy covers this website and the services offered through it. It does not cover third party websites we link to, each of which has its own privacy practices.
Because we provide naturopathic and functional wellness services, you may choose to share information about your health. This can include symptoms, health history, medications and supplements you take, lifestyle and dietary habits, and results from functional laboratory testing such as blood chemistry, hormone, gut or micronutrient panels.
