How do you start your day? What are your rituals in the morning? Whether you are acknowledging it or not you do have a morning routine. Everybody does. If you are not aware of what exactly it is for you, analyze your morning, as well as your whole day.
Some of our rituals are healthy and some are toxic. We always have choices in life. And we are the ones who are deciding which path to take.
My suggestion would be to audit your daily rituals and decide what is benefiting you and what is damaging you. Get rid of your toxic habits and acquire new healthy ones, a routine that works for you.
