Many people, who know me for a few years now, have a hard time believing that I used to be overweight. And when I am saying overweight, I really mean it. It wasn’t just 5 lbs or even a couple of dozens of pounds that I needed to get rid of. I had some serious weight on me. 🙂

On the other hand, those that knew me before, are having a hard time recognizing me now. And it’s not just because I look different, but because I am a completely different person now. I didn’t just change my diet and started exercising, which I tried before and it didn’t last for too long.

I have had a permanent lifestyle change. I have modified my mentality in the first place, which has transformed me completely. And that is the trick for permanent change. It is magical how something so simple could transform my life and let me enjoy the rest of it.
